From all this experience acquired along the years and with a goal to offer first quality services and products to his clients, Francis Leblanc has decided to found his own company and create Soltek Agrégats in collaboration with the “Sablière Chevrier & Fils Inc” group, a family business founded in 1958 and which enjoys a solid reputation in the business.
Together, it’s more than 70 years of experience that is put to work for the benefit of their clients, in order to surpass the highest standards established by the industry.
Introduced to the maintenance of golf courses at the age of 15, Francis Leblanc has worked at all levels, and, on many types of courses, from day labourer to assistant superintendent on 18 to 72 hole courses. Francis graduated from the ITA in 2004 and Golf Courses and Turfgrass Management from Seneca College in 2006. He started in the industry of sports surfaces and fields when he was mandated to develop the territories of Quebec and the North East of the United States for a renowned company in the field. He held that position for 8 years during which he acquired significant experience by working in the design of materials for sports fields and golf courses, and in landscape architecture everywhere in North America, Europe and the Middle-East.
